This is a floor plan of a kitchen. This is to help you remember what needs to be measured, the layout, what is or will be present and taking up space in order for you to efficiently and effectively redesign your kitchen. Hover the cursor over the green dots to get more information.

Storage and cabinets

Make sure when measuring your cabinets that you measure the height, depth, width of each and also include the length of the cabinets as a whole. Next is choosing the handles and type of material you want your cabinets to be in.
Doorways

Don't forget to measure these as well. You don't want your cabinets or fridge covering half of the doorway.
Appliances

Make a list of all appliances that will be taking up space. Measure each. This will help in knowing how much counter space you will have to spare.
Dining room

Measure table, chairs, and the extra space need to move area and pull out your chair.
Cabinets

Counter Tops

Make a list of all appliances that will be taking up space. Measure each. This will help in knowing how much counter space you will have to spare. Make to measure lengh, height, depth and space between the top of the counter to the bottom of the cabinets.
Bar area

Measure table, chairs, and the extra space need to move area and pull out your chair. Also measure if there is or will be anything above the table.
